Who handles your information
ESDP handles account administration, service operation and support information. When a business enters information about its staff, customers or suppliers, that business determines how it uses those records, and we process them to provide its service. Contact the business directly about purchases or records it holds about you.
Information we handle
Account and contact information includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, authentication information and operator roles. Business records can include business names, addresses and identifiers, branches, products, customers, suppliers, sales, invoices, payment amounts and methods, and files or images you choose to provide.
The app accesses technical information such as device identifiers, model, operating system, app version and local device diagnostics. Service requests can include device and platform details. IP addresses, access records, operational logs and information supplied to support help us operate and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, manage business access, process business operations, display reports, synchronize records, provide support and protect the service against misuse. Business reports are provided for your business operations. Personal data is not sold or used for advertising.
Device permissions and local storage
Camera access is used when you choose barcode scanning. Bluetooth and nearby-device permissions connect compatible printers; Android may also require location permission for Bluetooth discovery. The app does not use GPS to track your movements. Files you select or export are used for the action you request, including document sharing.
You can manage permissions in your device settings; disabling one may prevent the related feature from working. The app stores settings, session information and cached business records locally. The website stores your theme preference in your browser. Your browser or device lets you clear this storage.
Storage and security
Business records are stored on service infrastructure, and the app may keep local copies. We use protected connections and access controls to safeguard data. Protect your device, keep your credentials private and grant access only to authorized operators. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable record-keeping, security and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized; backup copies may remain until their scheduled replacement.
You can contact us to request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your personal data, and to ask about restrictions or objections to processing where applicable. Some business and transaction records may need to remain after an account is closed. We will explain applicable limits when handling your request.
Children
easyPos Kosova is a business tool intended for business users, not a service directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Please review this page when you have questions about how the service handles your information.
Request account or data deletion
Email us from the address associated with your account. Identify the account or business and the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords, PINs or payment-card details. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. If your employer manages the account, contact its administrator too. We will explain any records that must be retained and why. Uninstalling the app does not delete server records.
